Delivery Service Provider
We use UPS for all our deliveries to ensure that you get the best possible delivery service and that your parcel arrives safely directly to your doorstep.
Tracking your order
When the order has been shipped you will receive an email containing an air waybill number to track its progress online via the UPS platform.
We process your order upon receipt Monday-Friday 9.00-17.00 (CET). Our lighting jewellery is made to order and we therefore have a production window of up to 6 weeks. Once your order is ready & shipped the delivery time depends on the destination of your parcel.
All orders require a signature on delivery & takes place during business hours, please ensure your supplied address is attended during this time on the day of delivery.
UPS may offer a signatureless delivery in certain regions. Should you choose to use this option and not provide a signature as proof of delivery, you automatically agree to take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
We cannot send to PO BOXES, please make sure you supply a street address at the point of order.
BLANKTURE insures each purchase during transit until it is safely delivered to you. Once the delivery has been signed for the responsibility for your purchased products passes to you.
If you have specified a recipient who is not you (for example a gift delivery) then you accept their signature (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery and fulfilment by BLANKTURE.
Import duties, customs & taxes
If your delivery destination is outside of the EU we are not charging you taxes or other duties. As the recipient you are in this case liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are having your parcel shipped to. Payment of these will be due at the point of delivery or after delivery. We are unable to advise you of the amount that will have to be paid, please contact your local tax office prior to placing your order to ensure that you are aware of the total cost for your order.
Blankture is not liable for these charges and will therefore not be reimbursed or refunded.
In certain regions you may need to produce additional documents in order to clear customs. Please contact your local UPS office to clarify if and what is needed.
Your order is normally processed within 24h of receipt and we are working hard at keeping any delays to a minimum.
